We ended up not staying due to the pool and hot tub being down, the manager went above and beyond for us, Heather Johnson, was able to get our reservation cancelled with no penalty and called another property to make sure theirs was working. She was one of he most polite helpful front desk people we have ever come across while staying at hotels. Thank you again Heather for helping us get a place with a pool and hot tub , we ended up at Americ inn in Stevens Point which was very nice also! We need more employees like Heather!!!!

the hotel is well kept - rooms are spotless - when I noticed the hair drier was broken the front desk imediately provided another one - brand new still in a box. Breakfast was plenty of choices - very good indeed. In the morning we could see the staff from the kitchen working to replenish things, taking care of every detail. The hotel is located in a quiet place, no traffic noises and disturbances from crowded places. Beds were comfy and bed sheets were nice. I would return definetely!

The staff was very nice, they had a lot of different options for breakfast, and the rooms were clean.

We enjoy staying here because it is quiet and the staff in the past have always been very nice and helpful and the breakfast selection is great. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

Breakfast was consistently good. The location was 16 miles from our target destination, Clintonville; it is the closest, best accommodation for the price. Grateful for accessible bathroom and closeness to desk.
